Tom Hopkinson, Managing Director

Tom Hopkinson is the Founder and Managing Director of Taylor Hopkinson Associates.  He has been active in search and selection for the wind energy sector since 2004. He and his team have delivered over 180 mid to senior management appointments for many of Europe's renewable energy leaders, covering the entire wind energy project lifecycle.  Prior to founding Taylor Hopkinson Associates, Tom created and delivered renewable energy search and selection propositions for a UK PLC and a start-up, generalist recruitment company.  Taylor Hopkinson Associates work in partnership with blue chips clients and market leaders in the UK, Europe and USA to deliver cross-functional teams for delivery and operation of renewable energy and clean technology assets.

Taylor Hopkinson Associates is a privately owned business.  Ownership is split between the major shareholder Tom Hopkinson, founder and Managing Director; Senior Advisors and Board Members and employees of the business.

During our first year of operation, we commited to minimising our carbon footprint wherever possible without sacrificing the quality of our service delivery. We also commit to reducing this footprint per head every year by reviewing our practices, operations and suppliers frequently, ensuring we are doing all we can to reduce our environmental impact.
