Proactive Search
People decide to change roles for a myriad of reasons. When our candidates take that decision we work closely with them to identify the best career path options available and the type of role and company that will provide them with the opportunities they desire.
A significant percentage of our placements derive from roles being created to accommodate the top talent we introduce to our clients on a pro-active basis. It is also important to tailor a CV to the opportunity in question and through the interview process and beyond our consultants will work with you on your CV to make it as engaging and attractive as possible to our clients.

Becoming a Contractor
Contracting can be hugely rewarding from a financial perspective and also offers a myriad of further advantages, including flexibility of location and hours, variety of roles, holidays and full control over personal professional development. Not only will we introduce our candidates to exceptional contracting opportunities, but we will also provide advice and step by step guidance on the process of becoming a contractor (including recommendations on setting up a limited company and deciding on a payment structure).
Relocation Assistance
Relocation can be an exciting as well as stressful time. In partnership with our clients, we work to ensure that the decision to make a move, and the process which follows, is as smooth and positive as possible for new team members.
As standard we provide all candidates with a thorough overview of the geographical area in question; including current information on living costs, buying and renting property, schools, transport links, quality of life. This support is continued during the relocation process and throughout settlement into the new role.
