The system is based on the theories of William Moulton Marston and has been used successfully in the UK for over 30 years by many FTSE listed companies when recruiting and developing employees and teams through objectively assessing working styles and behaviours rather than experience and skills exclusively.
Thomas International profiling is included in all our retained search and selection campaigns. The tools can be used during integration, performance management, team management and internal selection processes. We also deliver team audits, human job assessments and general intelligence assessments among other tests available in the Thomas International suite of tools as stand alone services.
