One of the biggest events in the North American renewables calendar, this year’s 2023 International Partnering Forum (IPF) in Baltimore is now just days away.
We’re delighted to be once again hosting a panel discussion at this year’s conference. Taking place at 1pm on March 29 in Baltimore Convention Centre Room 347, as part of the Supply Chain Scaling Up track, Scaling for Success: Growth strategies for building and developing offshore wind teams and organizations will feature speakers from the leading US offshore wind developers and OEMs.
Looking at challenges on both the strategic and tactical levels, we’ll examine the issues facing developers and supply chain companies and offer practical solutions informed by real-world experience at the forefront of the industry. We’ll cover the micro and macro trends affecting the sector, key pitfalls as companies scale and how to avoid them, how to optimise organizational design over the long-term, and how to retain your best talent.
