We have delivered remuneration benchmarking for clients on single roles through to 78 roles across an entire project organisation. For some clients we focus on the entire remuneration profile but, for others we deliver analysis on certain elements, such as, long term incentive plans and relocation assistance packages.
These have been delivered for multinational utilities, as well as, SME’s.
When entering the European offshore wind industry, our Asian client requested a full report on how a modern offshore wind delivery team is set up and managed. We delivered our 400-page report to assist them in challenging and supporting the leadership team they had acquired leading to positive changes in team structure and productivity.
