Korea Offshore Wind & Hydrogen Summit
Our Seoul-based Head of Recruitment Joshua Whitaker will be attending the Korea Offshore Wind and Hydrogen Summit. Taking place on the 13–14 October in Busan, the KOWHS brings together executives, project developers and investors to discuss Korea’s ambitious 12GW by 2030 offshore wind plans. With enormous potential for floating projects in the country, Joshua’s diary is filling up as developers tap into our networks for experienced floating wind specialists.
Global Offshore Wind Summit Taiwan
Our team in Taipei will be at this year’s Global Offshore Wind Summit Taiwan at the Nangang Exhibition Centre on the 17–18 October. Taiwan’s offshore wind industry is maturing at a rapid pace, with several projects in construction and more in the pipeline. Our APAC Director Carl Blundon will be in attendance to discuss how we can support your projects with permanent and contract personnel and value-add services like payroll outsourcing.
Offshore WINDPOWER Conference & Exhibition
Our Boston-based Director of Business Development Jeff Anderson will be in attendance at Offshore WINDPOWER Conference & Exhibition on 18–19 October to discuss the enormous developments in the US sector this summer, including the game-changing Inflation Reduction Act. Leading the expansion of our permanent Offshore Renewables team in Boston, MA, Jeff is working with the country’s leading companies to deliver the development teams and planning and consenting specialists that will grow the offshore wind sector on the East Coast. Jeff will be based on the US-Scotland Wind Alliance pavilion, located at Stand 606/607.
Brazil Windpower
Our LATAM specialists are attending Brazil WindPower 2022 in São Paolo on 18–20 October. Brazil’s onshore renewables industry is seeing enormous growth, with a strong pipeline forming in regional hubs like Ceará. We’re already working with some of the leading names in the country to progress pioneering onshore wind and green hydrogen projects, and our Valencia-based Director, Onshore Renewables Lucas Hofmann and Brazil specialist Michel Campbell will be looking to connect with more of the region’s key players in São Paolo next week.
Solar & Storage Live 2022
Our UK onshore renewables team will be at this year’s Solar & Storage Live in Birmingham on the 18–20 October. Solar & Storage Live provides an opportunity to celebrate the technology leading us through the transition to a clean, net zero future, and a chance to network with over 10,000 renewable specialists, gain key insights from 250+ industry leaders and collaborate with like-minded organisations on finding solutions to the sector’s challenges.

Energy Taiwan
Our APAC specialists will be part of the UK Pavilion at Energy Taiwan 2022, alongside 12 UK offshore wind supply chain organisations who are actively involved in the development of Taiwan’s offshore wind energy sector. Energy Taiwan takes place from 19–21 October and is one of the leading events in the Asia-Pacific renewables calendar. Under the Energy Taiwan banner, the conference encompasses Wind Energy Taiwan, PV Taiwan, Smart Storage Taiwan, Net Zero Taiwan, and Emerging Power Taiwan.
