APAC Managing Director
Based in Taipei, Carl has almost twenty years’ experience in the region and works with clients across APAC to customise solutions including contingent search, retained search and contract projects. He serves as Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce, having served on the Board in Taipei since 2017. He is fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, having attended the National Taiwan University. With his deep understanding of the region and solid industry experience, Carl ensures our clients receive the highest quality of service.

David has a BSc in Marine Biology and has delivers searches in Europe, USA, LATAM and Asia-Pacific. Having joined Taylor Hopkinson in 2015, he successfully launched the company’s American operations delivering assignments across the project lifecycle for Solar and Wind clients. In 2018, he moved to Singapore to set up our first Asian office and has been instrumental in driving Taylor Hopkinson’s success in APAC since.

Dove brings ten years of recruiting experience within the Asia-Pacific and European regions as well as a Master’s Degree in HR Management. Skilled in the implementation of HR and recruitment strategies, Dove is a truly bilingual professional who has lived and worked in both China and the UK, allowing her to quickly identify and bridge cultural gaps as they arise. Leading a growing team of bilingual recruiters with a focus on assisting Chinese companies to recruit internationally, Dove is responsible for managing key global client accounts as well as exploring new clients across manufacturers, developers and investors.
