Dylan joins us after seven years recruiting for the renewable energy, nuclear and conventional power sectors, delivering multiple successful projects in onshore and offshore wind, fabrication, hydro, dams, solar and biomass across 37 countries. With an impressive background in placing technical specialist roles, Dylan will now look to build out our new APAC Offshore Wind Contracts team, bringing new clients onboard and providing them with the world-class people and services synonymous with Taylor Hopkinson.
“I’m thrilled to have joined the team at Taylor Hopkinson,” says Dylan, who speaks French, English, Arabic and Spanish. “Over the next few months my focus is on building a solid foundation for the new APAC Offshore Wind Contracts team by strengthening our existing relationships, collaborating closely with our European teams, showing new clients what we can offer, and growing our headcount here in Taipei.
“Now that we have dedicated in-country resource, our priority is to build critical mass and gain market share within the growing offshore wind sector here in Taiwan – with particular focus on fabrication, vessel and marine crew, and installation and commissioning roles. As we further establish our presence, we’ll be looking further afield to wind projects in South Korea, Japan, Vietnam and the Philippines.
