Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join an esteemed company within the renewable energy industry.

The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will hold a crucial position in ensuring the smooth management of inventory and the effectiveness of supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline inventory levels to meet demand efficiently while minimizing surplus stock.
• Collaborate closely with sales and production departments to anticipate future demand, strategize purchases, and ensure prompt and accurate processing of customer orders for fulfillment.
• Identify and assess potential suppliers, negotiate purchasing terms, and foster robust vendor relationships.
• Manage the logistics of transporting goods from suppliers to both company warehouses and project sites, while also actively monitoring supply chain costs and seeking out opportunities for cost reduction.

Requirements:

• Possess advanced proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in either inventory management or procurement. Preferably with experience working in the photovoltaic sector.

• Showcase an advanced level of proficiency in English.
