The Role:
- Expand and support partnerships and cooperation for Runergy.
- Develop trusted relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Acquisition of new projects, customers, negotiate new cooperation from lead generation to the final deal
- Interact and influence market stakeholders.
- Create market and competition analyses as well as business plans to determine market and partner potential.
- Review and assess local policies.
- Attend and speak on national and international events, exhibition, and other activities, promote the company brand and the increase brand recognition on the market.
- Represent the company as speaker in front of the clients.
- Gather customers’ needs on products and services.
- Business travel to visit existing and potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with the sales managers to ensure new clients are onboarded successfully.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, technical service, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years business development experience in renewable energy industry is required, preferrably with utility-scale PV experience.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills.
- Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements.
- Proven and consistent track record of new business development.
- Competency in office software tools.
