Lucas Hofmann

Head of Iberia & LATAM
Iberia & LATAM

Lucas leads on our engagement with Spanish speaking markets and manages the Iberia and LATAM team, based in Spain. Following several years working as a Business Lawyer, Lucas moved into the recruitment and executive search markets, successfully completing multiple international assignments during the last 8 years, with a special focus in working for IPP’s and Investment Funds within the solar PV and onshore wind space. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from ESADE University. Lucas speaks fluent German, Spanish and English. 

Monica Llopis

Managing Consultant
Iberia & LATAM

Monica specialises in the onshore wind and solar PV markets, covering the entire project lifecycle recruiting for both technical and commercial roles at an executive level. Based in Spain, Monica has over 7 years’ experience in recruitment and holds a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources. She is a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan and speaks fluent English and Italian.

Alberto Cervera

Consultant
Iberia & LATAM

Based in Spain, Alberto specialises in the onshore wind and solar PV markets, covering the entire project lifecycle recruiting for both technical and commercial roles. He leads our entry into new markets in LATAM, especially Colombia, Brazil and Chile. With previous experience in Central & Eastern Europe, coupled with fluency Spanish, German, English and Italian, Alberto is also well-placed to deliver mandates within the EMEA region.

Lea Kuvalja

Consultant – Key Account Delivery
Iberia & LATAM

Lea joined Taylor Hopkinson in 2018 as Associate Consultant to support the Spain Team and to continue developing projects in Spain and Latin America. She focuses on recruitment of both technical and commercial roles for these countries as well as Europe. She speaks Spanish, English and Croatian, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Valencia, Spain.

Noelia Paniagua

Research Consultant
Iberia & LATAM

Based in our Spanish Office, Noelia joined in 2019 as Associate Consultant. She focuses on delivery and supports key account management across Iberia and LATAM markets, specialising in technical and financial roles, mainly for the development phase of wind and solar projects. Noelia is a Psychology graduate from the University of Basque Country, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Valencia.

Guillermo Camarasa

Senior Consultant
Iberia & LATAM

Based in Madrid, and after working several years in some of the most well-known international headhunting firms, Guillermo joined Taylor Hopkinson to lead our service proposition in some New Markets with great potential, such as Brazil, Portugal, or Chile. In addition, he will continue to grow our market share in Spain, assisting our clients in attracting the best talent in the Iberian region. Guillermo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EDEM Business School and speaks fluent Spanish and English.

Emma de Cáceres

Research Consultant
Iberia & LATAM

Based in Spain, Emma supports the Taylor Hopkinson team in Valencia as a Research Consultant. With a focus on the Iberian and Latin American markets, she specialises in onshore wind and solar PV. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and also speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
