Asset Manager – Subsea Maintenance required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee subsea maintenance contracts for multiple wind farms.
- Tender and supervise maintenance activities related to subsea cables, scour protection, and surveys.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
- Monitor and report on the performance of subsea assets.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and longevity.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of subsea assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Science, or a related field or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing subsea maintenance contracts, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of subsea cables, scour protection, and survey techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
