Asset Manager – Subsea Maintenance required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee subsea maintenance contracts for multiple wind farms.
  • Tender and supervise maintenance activities related to subsea cables, scour protection, and surveys.
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of subsea assets.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance and longevity.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of subsea assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Science, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing subsea maintenance contracts, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of subsea cables, scour protection, and survey techniques.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • EU working rights.
