An opportunity for an exceptional Assistant Land Manager to join a well-established Consultancy firm to deliver projects for the energy transition. You will be responsible for building solid relationships with landowners and other stakeholders to secure property and other rights across the UK.

You will be responsible for building solid relationships with landowners and other stakeholders to secure property and other rights across the UK.
The role is based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in negotiating with all stakeholders (landowners, local authorities, developers…)
- Creating, maintaining, and managing strong relationships from inception through development, construction to O&M0
- Ensuring entire project management and all aspects, including property requirements, compliance, and smooth processes
Requirements:
- Degree in land/agriculture/renewables
- Project Management experience
- Travels will be required
Desirable:
- RICS
- Experience with all stakeholders (landowners, local authorities…)
