Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for contractors and management during the implementation phase of large-scale battery systems. You will be responsible for monitoring overall project progress, anticipating upcoming challenges, and resolving existing issues.
You will join the Construction – Connection department and work closely with the Senior Project Manager. You will manage projects from contract signing to commissioning, playing a key role in every phase of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects in the technology environment (BESS) as a member of the battery team (1 to 3 projects in parallel):
- Analyse system interfaces
- Prepare and verify calls for tender for each construction contract
- Manage interfaces with relevant authorities
- Participate in on-site meetings
- Verify company’s compliance with HSE rules
- Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines
- Manage contracts and claims
- Travel: 2 days of travel per week on average

Qualifications:
- A graduate of an engineering school with 3 years or more of experience managing multi-million euro projects during the construction phase, in the battery storage, photovoltaic, or wind power sectors
- High level of English
- High level of autonomy, organisational skills, and perseverance
