Our Engineering department consists of a well-established team working both nationally and internationally on the basic and detailed design of renewable energy projects. Our mission is to ensure these designs meet the highest quality standards to maximize our clients’ project profitability. Additionally, we have a specialized team that acts as Owner’s Engineering, overseeing the construction and commissioning phases of projects, reporting progress, and ensuring quality across civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to join our Engineering team in LATAM. The selected candidate will be based in one of our LATAM offices and will be primarily responsible for managing engineering projects related to BESS.
Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Proposals: Draft commercial proposals for clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs and expectations.

Engineering Review: Conduct thorough reviews of engineering designs to ensure compliance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Project Organization: Organize and manage BESS projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Oversee project milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment with client objectives.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineering professionals from various departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance in project execution.
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically with BESS projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices related to BESS.
