Taylor Hopkinson is looking for an experienced BESS Sales Managerto join a leading green technology company that focuses on renewable energy solutions.
The job is remote and the location in Poland.
Role:
- Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales goals and boost revenue in the renewable energy sector.
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and generating leads.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Keep up with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to spot potential business opportunities and stay competitive.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Create and present sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, clearly communicating the value of our renewable energy solutions.
- Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and produce reports to monitor progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, budget recommendations, and market intelligence reports to senior management.
- Stay informed about renewable energy policies, regulations, and incentives to incorporate them into sales strategies and maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline from scratch in the renewable energy sector, particularly in BESS.
- Comprehensive understanding of renewable energy technologies, products, and services.
- Preferred experience in project finance or financial closure transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining robust client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
