Bilingual Project Engineer_Mandarin
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project management team and assist the electrical team leader in managing electrical installation and commissioning plans for the project.
- Apply professional knowledge throughout the project life cycle to ensure compliance with electrical installation and commissioning requirements. Guide and train new electrical engineers on safe work methods and documentation practices.
- Engage with project stakeholders on-site, including site staff and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives and facilitate a smooth transition to the service phase.
- Coordinate the interface between the electrical project team and teams such as R&D, including but not limited to feedback, communication, and improvement of electrical-related issues; compliance in electrical installation and commissioning, etc.
- Ensure that commissioning and unit operations strictly adhere to all compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering, or at least 3 years of relevant experience; wind power engineering experience preferred.
- Familiarity with quality systems for complex equipment construction and commissioning.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English or Korean.
- Strong organisational skills, creativity, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to understand technical requirements relevant to the position.
- Ability to handle urgent issues and provide solutions.
- Understanding of contractual requirements related to electrical and commissioning, and ability to work with stakeholders to resolve interface issues.
