Bilingual Project Engineer_Mandarin

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the project management team and assist the electrical team leader in managing electrical installation and commissioning plans for the project.
  2. Apply professional knowledge throughout the project life cycle to ensure compliance with electrical installation and commissioning requirements. Guide and train new electrical engineers on safe work methods and documentation practices.
  3. Engage with project stakeholders on-site, including site staff and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives and facilitate a smooth transition to the service phase.
  4. Coordinate the interface between the electrical project team and teams such as R&D, including but not limited to feedback, communication, and improvement of electrical-related issues; compliance in electrical installation and commissioning, etc.
  5. Ensure that commissioning and unit operations strictly adhere to all compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering, or at least 3 years of relevant experience; wind power engineering experience preferred.
  2. Familiarity with quality systems for complex equipment construction and commissioning.
  3. Good communication skills in Chinese and English or Korean.
  4. Strong organisational skills, creativity, and a sense of responsibility.
  5. Ability to understand technical requirements relevant to the position.
  6. Ability to handle urgent issues and provide solutions.
  7. Understanding of contractual requirements related to electrical and commissioning, and ability to work with stakeholders to resolve interface issues.
