Your duties:

  • Identify, attract, and develop global green hydrogen investment opportunities.
  • Manage business development processes, customer engagement, and bid tactics.
  • Originate, structure, and negotiate projects, creating a prioritised global project pipeline.
  • Coordinate development activities for green hydrogen projects.
  • Ensure smooth handover of fully developed projects.
  • Prepare financial business cases with effective governance.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end investment cycle, ensuring buy-in on commercial positions.
  • Collect and analyse market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with investors, partners, and government players.
  • Identify potential business deals and monitor regulatory environments.

Your qualifications:

  • 10+ years in business development, with expertise in energy (green hydrogen preferably), chemicals, utilities, industrial development, or major EPC companies.
  • Track record in private equity-backed companies, regional experience, and success in delivering large-scale opportunities.
  • Knowledge of alternative energy, clean power, and hydrogen-related industries.
  • Technical experience in hydrogen and derivatives is advantageous.
  • International adaptability with exposure to European, US, and Asian markets.
