We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Construction team in Spain.
You will be responsible for the successful execution of civil engineering aspects within our project, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project designs provided by engineering headquarters and conduct thorough on-site investigations.
- Develop comprehensive technical and feasibility studies, resulting in detailed construction blueprints.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with the Lead Civil Engineer regarding project progress.
- Efficiently manage procurement of construction materials and equipment by establishing and maintaining a reliable supplier database.
- Implement and oversee rigorous quality control measures, including subcontractor management and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate effectively with the Construction Manager, Lead Civil Engineer, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by supporting the implementation of health and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English
- Ability to adapt to challenging work environments
- Prior experience in energy projects is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to the project site
