Civil Structural Project Manager – Datacenter (Bilingual speaking)
An international construction/ project delivery firm is seeking a bilingual (Korean / English) Civil Structual Project Manager to support the construction of a large-scale data centre development.
This role will focus on the on-site delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works, coordinating across multiple disciplines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee site delivery of CSA packages for a data centre project

Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal project teams

Manage interfaces with MEP works to ensure smooth sequencing

Monitor programme, identify risks, and support mitigation measures

Assist with cost control, reporting, and construction documentation

Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and permitting processes
Requirements

Degree in a construction-related discipline (civil, structural, architecture, or similar)

8+ years’ site-based experience on ground-up construction projects

Strong understanding of CSA works within data centre or similar environments

Familiarity with Korean construction codes and site practices

Fluent in Korean and English

Comfortable using standard construction and project management systems
