Work Schedule & Compensation:
40-hour standard workweek
$155 per diem (7 days per week) during work rotations
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections and review documentation to ensure compliance with design, codes, and industry standards.
Perform on-site client interactions and back-end office document reviews .
Verify inventory of parts, materials, and equipment against contractor and OEM records.
Ensure compliance with the County Transportation Plan for site logistics.
Review QC inspection results based on the approved QA/QC plan.
Manage document control , organizing files and transmitting documents.
Maintain and expedite a punch list to close out outstanding contractor items.
Assess project schedules , addressing risks such as weather downtime and local content requirements.
Assist in monitoring project progress , ensuring alignment with specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 2+ years of energy sector experience .
Strong technical and analytical skills .
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations .
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in English) .
Detail-oriented, yet able to maintain a high-level project perspective.
Ethical, team-oriented, and diplomatic , with a high level of integrity.
