Taylor Hopkinson has partnered with a leading offshore wind developer in Korea who are seeking commercial and contract manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing procurement and contract management activities on package level.
- Implement Procurement Management Plan and procurement strategy.
- Communication with supplier(s) in budget pricing and tender/negotiation phase.
- Coordinate with Lead Contract Manager and Package Manager and engineers.
- Manage procurement related stakeholders (package level) incl. communication to vendors.
- Recommend and agree negotiation process and strategy with the Package Manager.
- Manage commercial contract procedures and deliverables and participate in key contractual events.
- Prepare detailed procurement plan for the package with input from relevant parties.
- Compliance with Procurement related items from the Project Handbook as well as overall PMP.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in Legal, commercial or related majors.
- Experienced in various types of commercial and contract management.
- Must have experienced in FIDIC or related contracts for large scale projects. Good to have experience for BIMCO, offshore wind contracts.
- Fluent in Both Korean and English
