Commissioning Coordinator required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Exercise of plant responsibility according to DIN VDE 0105-100 of the offshore wind farm during the erection and commissioning phase.
- Monitoring of switching states and load flows.
- Authorisation of work (Permit to Work).
- Creation and review of switching protocols.
- Carrying out and monitoring switching operations in the offshore wind farm’s high-voltage grid.
- Conducting switching discussions.
- Contact person for the contractors’ work teams.
- Contact person for the switching management of the transmission system operator.
- Coordination of tasks to bring the systems into a safe state in the event of an accident.
- Assessing and determining the readiness of sections to be switched on.
- Document management.
Requirements
- Qualified electrician with proof of qualification in accordance with DIN VDE 1000-10.
- Technical qualification of a system supervisor according to DIN VDE 0105-100.
- Proof of qualification for the acquisition of a switching authorisation up to 110 kV or, if necessary, annual refresher training.
- Qualification as an authorised person according to BetrSichV (2015) §2, Para. 6, for the initial and repeat inspections of electrical systems.
- Knowledge of relevant norms and standards, in particular DIN VDE 0105-100.
- Proven experience in the commissioning of energy systems.
- Proven experience as a system supervisor in the field of high voltage.
- Demonstrable experience in switchgear with high-voltage switchgear.
- Good with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, Power Point).
- EU working rights.
