Commissioning Engineer – Green Hydrogen

Your Duties:

  • Oversee the commissioning and trial operation of process engineering plants, spanning our client’s production sites and global customer locations.
  • Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and execution of commissioning activities.
  • Lead interdisciplinary commissioning teams, effectively coordinating partner companies.
  • Monitor and approve assembly and commissioning work conducted by suppliers.
  • Engage in effective communication with international customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project-related budget and deadline objectives in collaboration with project management.
  • Develop and implement procedures and processes within the commissioning domain.
  • Provide support to planning departments in conceptualising and optimising process engineering systems.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork, a strong problem-solving orientation, and a keen sense of responsibility.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical studies or equivalent certification.
  • Additional training in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in commissioning or operating large-scale process engineering plants.
  • Preferable experience in leading and coordinating commissioning teams.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies.
  • Openness to engage in extended business trips and on-site assignments (up to 25% travel time).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
