Construction Management Service & Interface Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland
- Lead and coordinate transversal activities across construction and technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Act as the primary interface between internal departments and external contractors during the offshore wind construction phase.
- Manage and oversee auxiliary/supporting contracts, including but not limited to:
- Ensure contractual compliance, performance monitoring, and timely delivery of services.
- Support risk management and mitigation strategies related to interface and service contracts.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings and reporting to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with procurement, HSE, and project controls teams to optimize contract execution and interface management.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of marine operations and vessel management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract management and interface coordination.
