Responsibilities:
- Analyze the project’s Scope of Work (SOW), engineering drawings, BOM, purchase orders, and subcontract requisitions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to develop recovery plans if productivity is low or schedule slippage is anticipated.
- Oversee subcontractors’ installation work with site engineers, ensuring quality and design adherence, and issuing nonconformity reports when necessary.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantities of materials delivered to the site.
- Coordinate with the logistic assistant for material handovers to subcontractors.
- Liaise with suppliers and the Procurement and Logistics departments for material deliveries.
- Source local suppliers for minor works/supplies, obtain at least three offers, and report evaluations to the PM.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Procedures.
- Ensure proper procedures and reporting for damages or accidents in collaboration with the HSE department.
Requirements:
- Experience in utility-scale solar power plants.
- A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); MS Project is a plus.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
