Senior Project Manager – Construction & Cost Management (Data Center Project)

Location: Seoul
Languages: English & Korean (Bilingual)

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Project Manager with strong experience in construction and cost management to lead a large-scale data center project.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of site-based experience in ground-up construction, preferably with a technical background in Architectural or MEP Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from design to commissioning, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and quality goals.
• Serve as the primary client interface, managing relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Oversee cost control, contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Direct EHS and QA/QC programs to maintain the highest safety and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor internal PM and QS teams to ensure performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 12+ years of site-based construction experience; data center or advanced tech projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Korean regulations, permitting, and construction practices.
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient with Procore (or similar), Primavera, BIM tools, and cost management software.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

이 포지션은 건설 및 원가관리 분야의 풍부한 경험과 건축 또는 설비(MEP) 기술적 배경,
그리고 현장 중심의 프로젝트 관리 역량을 보유한 분을 찾고 있습니다.

주요 업무

• 설계부터 시운전까지 프로젝트 전 단계 관리, 예산·일정·품질 목표 달성.
• 클라이언트 및 주요 이해관계자(시공사, 설계사, 인허가 기관 등)와의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 총괄.
• 원가·계약·조달 관리 및 재무 리포팅 수행.
• 안전(EHS) 및 품질(QA/QC) 프로그램 운영 및 준수 관리.
• 내부 PM/QS 팀 리딩 및 멘토링을 통한 팀 역량 강화.

자격 요건

• 건축, 토목, 설비, 건설관리 등 관련 전공 학사 이상.
• 12년 이상 현장 기반 건설 프로젝트 경력, 데이터센터 또는 첨단시설 경험 우대.
• 한국 건설 인허가 및 안전 규정에 대한 이해.
• 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (구어·문서 모두).
• Procore, Primavera, BIM, 원가관리 툴 등 관련 소프트웨어 숙련.
• 탁월한 리더십, 협상력, 문제 해결 능력 보유.
