Contract Manager (Foundations Supply & WTG T&I) required for a major offshore wind developer based in Poland
Responsibilities.
- Lead and manage post contract management activities for the Foundation Supply & WTG T&I packages.
- Manage claims and variations with support from legal and package management.
- Contract manage the package contracts including payment obligations, monitoring supplier and employer contract obligations.
- Ensure timely and close co-operation and communication with the package manager
- Responsible for following project procurement and contract management procedures and good practice.
- Co-ordinate with finance team and insurance to ensure communication and compliance.
- Lead any procurement requirements for the package including big assessment, conducting the commercial assessment and supplier.
