The Crewing Executive ensures smooth operations of maritime staffing by effectively recruiting, managing, and supporting ship crew. The role covers selecting suitable personnel, coordinating crew activities, handling documentation, and addressing personnel-related matters.

Identify and interview suitable maritime personnel.

Maintain a ready pool of qualified crew members.

Crew Coordination:

Manage crew rotations and schedules.

Handle crew on boarding, transfers, and replacements smoothly.

Address crew concerns such as visas, work permits, and welfare issues.

Documentation and Regulations:

Prepare and manage crew documentation including contracts, certifications, and visas.

Monitor changes in maritime labor standards and ensure adherence.

Communication and Liaison:

Regularly communicate with vessel stakeholders regarding crew assignments.

Keep crew members informed, motivated, and address their queries promptly.
