Deputy T&I Package Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany
Responsibilities:
- Support the T&I Manager in leading all phases of offshore transport and installation activities.
- Coordinate interfaces between internal packages (foundations, cables, WTG, OSS, etc.).
- Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Participate in technical and commercial reviews, risk assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and input for management and stakeholders.
- Deputize for the T&I Manager during absence
Requirements
- Delivered at least three offshore wind or major marine projects, including one as (Deputy-)Package Manager.
- Proven leadership and coordination skills in complex, multi-contract environments.
- Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Available in Hamburg at least 3 days per week
