Deputy WTG Package Manager for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Poland
Responsibilities:
- Co-manage with the Package’s PM all Package tasks and responsibilities as requested
- Be an effective member of the Package team
- Support the Package PM in enforcing and ensuring Package compliance with project processes, policies, systems and procedures and safety philosophy
- Support Package’s progress according to scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Execute all tasks according to high safety awareness culture
- Consider enhanced HSSE in planning and execution of the scope of tasks
- Support management HSSE risks within the scope . Capture and implement relevant Package lessons learnt and share with project team if requested
- Support decision-making, provide relevant documentation. Documenting work to reach readiness for Execution
- Communicate with other packages, especially engineering design
Requirements
- MSc,BSc or other relevant Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant project experience in wind, turbine and/or large construction
- Negotiation, communication and leadership skills as well as commercial understanding and awarenes
