Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Director to join our client’s dynamic team. This role involves growing the business and execution of solar, wind and storage projects in Philippines, supporting and working closely with the regional team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing renewable energy projects from inception through to commissioning, working closely with project teams and external contractors to ensure timely execution
- Plan, facilitate and lead initiatives on client acquisition, giving strategic direction in overseeing OPEX, revenue and relevant goals/targets
- Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met, communicating promptly to address queries and concerns where needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related fields
- Proven track record in client/commercial relations
- 10 years of experience in the energy sector, including 7 years of project management/project director experience in renewable energy projects
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting and cost management
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
