Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious International Sales Manager / Director to join our client’s international division.
This role plays a key part in driving overseas business expansion, managing key semiconductor accounts, and establishing partnerships in Europe and Asia.
The successful candidate will begin with a 3-month integration period based in Taiwan (with business trips to Taichung, Singapore, and Japan) before being relocated to Dresden, Germany as a resident representative.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute international sales strategies in the semiconductor M&E construction sector.
· Manage and expand relationships with key global accounts, particularly those with prior cooperation experience with TSMC and Micron.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Europe and Asia.
· Conduct overseas business trips, participate in trade exhibitions, and support project execution.
· Lead commercial negotiations, coordinate contract signing, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
· Serve as the main liaison between headquarters and overseas partners to strengthen cross-cultural collaboration.
· Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to long-term growth goals.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
· Proven record of successful business with TSMC or Micron.
· Strong understanding of semiconductor plant construction and M&E system integration.
· Fluent Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) – essential for daily communication with headquarters and clients.
· Fluent English for international communication.
· Familiarity with European markets is highly preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field.
· Open to frequent business travel and long-term overseas assignment.
Assignment & Benefits
· Initial period: 3 months based in Taiwan (remote work optional; offices in Taipei, Tucheng, and Keelung).
· Business trips: Taichung, Singapore, Japan during the initial phase.
· Relocation: After 3 months, full-time posting to Dresden, Germany.

· Travel: 4 round-trip flight tickets to Taiwan per year.

· Tax support: Any tax difference above Taiwan’s rate fully subsidized by the company.
· Salary: First-year guaranteed annual package with monthly salary ×14 months + performance bonus.
