Document Management Advisor for a major offshore wind developer based in The Netherlands
Responsibilities.
- Managing of Document Control System and processes – Managing ACONEX system and supporting team in using it.
- Identifying and numbering documents that come into the department or organisation.
- Providing trainings to the team on ACONEX and system management processes – Processing of incoming and outgoing design submittals and distributing routine correspondence as required.
- Distributing documents to the relevant people, departments or organisations, and letting them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process – Planning, allocating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
- Preparing and updating document control procedures for the company
- Making sure that departments are following the correct procedures in the document flow process.
Requirements
- 5 years’ work experience in Business Administration or similar role.
- Aconex experience and certification is a requirement.
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
- Good English Communication (oral & written). Dutch skills are also preferred.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate and integrate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-orientated skills.
