EHS Professional
Job Overview: We are seeking an EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Professional with at least 2 years of experience to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS programs across our U.S. operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, knowledgeable in local and regional regulations, and capable of driving compliance and safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Lead and support EHS project rollouts; monitor milestones and performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- Conduct internal EHS audits and support external regulatory audits.
- Maintain communication with regulatory authorities and submit required reports.
- Provide EHS training to employees and management.
- Monitor changes in EHS legislation and update internal policies accordingly.
- Analyze EHS data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of EHS experience, or a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Solid understanding of EHS laws, regulations, and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage tasks independently and contribute to team goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a technical or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with EHS management systems and reporting tools
