Role Overview
We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our engineering and consulting team in Seoul. In this role, you will work on different offshore wind projects and support the team with your technical and analytical skills.
This is a great opportunity for a new or early-career engineer who wants to learn more about offshore wind energy and develop both technical and professional skills. You will work together with experienced engineers and industry experts from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Support technical studies and analysis related to offshore electrical systems and power engineering.
* Help review high- and low-voltage designs, power system studies, and technical due diligence reports.
* Collect, check, and understand technical data and project information.
* Help prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations.
* Build and maintain spreadsheets, models, and simple databases for engineering analysis.
* Join internal team meetings and meetings with clients or project partners.
* Make sure all work follows the company’s quality, safety, and compliance standards.
* Support other project or business tasks when needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a similar technical subject (for example, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science).
* Basic understanding of electrical systems and power system design; experience in offshore wind is a plus.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills in English and Korean (spoken and written).
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Willing to learn new engineering software tools.
* Knowledge of the Korean offshore wind market or local electrical regulations is preferred.
* Speaking another language such as French, German, or Mandarin is an advantage.
* Some experience in electrical design, engineering consulting, or power system analysis would be beneficial.
