Key Responsibilities:
Offshore Logistics & Coordination
-
Plan and coordinate daily offshore logistics for personnel and materials.

Ensure all equipment and materials for daily commissioning work are available on time.

Organize, participate in, and coordinate regular logistics meetings.
-
Develop and maintain a personnel movement schedule for offshore manpower.
-
Oversee material and equipment transfers to ensure smooth operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
-
Act as the communication link between the Offshore Operations Team, Offshore Commissioning Team, and contractors.

Foster a high level of trust and collaboration among all stakeholders.
-
Maintain proactive and professional relationships with all parties involved.
-
Attend internal and external management meetings to ensure accurate reporting.
Risk & Safety Management

Set up and manage the Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) review process.
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards and national legislation for a safe working environment.
-
Manage the Work Authorization Document (WAD) review process and offshore personnel qualification standards.
System Maintenance & Defect Management
-
Ensure that Low Voltage (LV), utility, and mechanical systems are maintained within contractual timelines.

Oversee maintenance of electrical and electromechanical systems after initial energization, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Establish agreements with external contractors to ensure complete and correct maintenance.

Implement and manage the defect management system in accordance with contractual requirements.
Procurement & Spare Parts Management

Review individual system spare parts lists and compile an overall spare parts list.

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the overall spare parts inventory.

Oversee procurement and ensure necessary materials are available for commissioning teams.

Maintain an overview of project-specific purchases and orders.
Operational Handover

Prepare the necessary documentation for the operational handover of offshore platforms.

Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
-
Issue operational handover certificates and all related documentation.
Required Qualifications:

GWO Certifications (Global Wind Organisation)
-
Experience in offshore logistics, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination.
-
Strong understanding of RAMS, WAD processes, and industry safety standards.
-
Ability to travel to Norway to meet with the Chief.
