Engineer ESS Solution Manager – Italy

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize utility-scale energy storage systems
- Analyze project scopes and mitigate risks effectively
- Present technical designs and provide insights to sales teams and clients
- Transform customer requirements into innovative technical solutions
- Prepare and submit technical tender responses
- Stay abreast of market trends and technical requirements
- Collaborate with clients and commercial teams during contract negotiations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in technical English
- 5+ years of experience, ideally with DNO or TSO exposure
- Proficiency in battery systems, power conversion systems, and grid connection processes
- Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and BESS standards
- Ability to appropriately size Power Converter Systems and battery systems
