EV Charging station Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in Hsinchu. This role is crucial in driving market growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative charging solutions to various sectors, including commercial, residential, and municipal markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence for EV charging stations.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, government agencies, and fleet operators, to promote our EV charging solutions.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the EV charging industry.

Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits and features of our charging solutions.

Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ experience in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy or electric vehicle sectors.
- Strong understanding of EV charging technology and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Mandarin Speaker is a must
