We’re looking for a talented professional to join our team and provide on-site technical support, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of Medium and Low Voltage Solar Products. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service, representing the company to clients in Japan.
• Technical Support: Provide after-sales support for Medium and Low Voltage Solar Products, including transformers, RMU, switchgear, inverters, array boxes, and SCADA systems.
• Service Efficiency: Ensure timely, effective, and safe completion of all service tasks.
• Issue Resolution: Address critical site issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Lead the commissioning and troubleshooting of solar products.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Certification with major Solar Inverter/Transformer/OEM manufacturers.
  • Electrical trade qualification.
  • Medium Voltage system training (Transformers, RMU, Switchgear).
  • Valid electrical contractor or electrician license (required for at least 4 states).

• Experience:

  • Proven experience in electrical testing and servicing, with a focus on solar products.
  • Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for PV systems, particularly inverters.
  • Strong skills in commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Medium and Low Voltage Solar Products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards.
