We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strategic planning for a global organization.

The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with corporate goals.
재무 보고, 예산 수립, 예측, 규정 준수 등 전반적인 재무 관리 업무를 담당하며, 회사의 재무 목표 달성과 효율적 운영을 이끌어 갑니다.
Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and risk management activities.
- Manage credit control, cash flow, collections, and payment processes.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage cost, capex, operating lease, tax, and insurance-related activities.
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global headquarters on financial matters.
- Drive finance-related projects such as system enhancements and process optimization.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability within the finance function.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the shipping, logistics, or maritime
- Previous experience with Big 4 auditing firms
- Strong command of accounting and finance principles, with advanced Excel and ERP system
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with strong initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

자격 요건 및 역량
- 회계, 재무 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상
- 유관 경력 10년 이상 (선박, 물류, 해운 산업 경험 우대)
- Big 4 회계법인 근무 경험자 우대
- 회계/재무 지식 보유, 고급 Excel 및 ERP 시스템 활용 능력 필수
