Finance Transformation Analyst (NetSuite Readiness)

Our client, a long-established global maritime & logistics organisation, is undergoing a multi-year finance transformation and NetSuite roll out. We are looking for a Finance Transformation Analyst to support process standardisation, data readiness, and pre-implementation activities across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Assess readiness of entities for future NetSuite implementation waves
• Identify process gaps and align finance processes with NetSuite best practices
• Support process documentation, SOP creation, and data cleansing
• Map current processes to future-state workflows and build data dictionaries
• Drive operational improvements and standardized templates across entities
• Prepare documentation packages and readiness reports for implementation teams
• Support knowledge transfer and post-wave optimization

Requirements

• 3-5 years of finance experience with exposure to process improvement
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments
• Involvement in ERP readiness or implementation projects (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong Excel and process mapping skills (Visio/Lucidchart)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, controls, and multi-currency processes
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Logistics/shipping/supply chain industry exposure
• Group reporting or consolidation experience
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
