Taylor Hopkinson is in search of a GIS Manager for a leading renewable energy platform that develops, constructs and operates renewable assets in Europe, currently expanding its business also in Poland.
The role is based in Poznan, with the possibility of working remotely.
Role
- Analyze and identify potential project locations through GIS for the development of renewable energy projects
- Produce and read interactive maps, reports, dashboards, and presentations that bring lands data to life
- Analyze the distribution network to identify potential interconnection points
- Ensure regular internal reporting on project timing, risks and costs following the established processes
- Manage the relationship with stakeholders such as municipalities, or regional authorities
- Work closely with local and international teams to ensure a smooth development of the projects, taking into consideration geospatial and environmental topics
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Geology, or similar fields
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar position within the renewable energy field
- High proficiency in Geographic Information System (GIS)
- Good command planning tools
- Fluent in Polish and English
