Taylor Hopkinson is looking for the Head of EPC to lead the development and growth of the EPC activities of our client in Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of projects. The person will also be the company’s main representative in the country.
Main Responsibilities:
- In this position, she/he will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the country, especially leading the EPC team to successfully execute projects from conception to commissioning
- He/she will manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Also ensuring the proper execution of projects in accordance with laws, regulations and industry standards, as well as company policies and procedures
- The Construction Director will cooperate with executives in other countries and represent the company at industry events
Requirements:
- BS Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar; Masters in Engineering, Economics, or Administration is a plus
- At least five years of experience in a related leadership role, in particular in the construction of utility-scale solar power plant projects
- Advanced level of English, written and spoken
