Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Head of Finance on behalf of a prominent international IPP.
The company is part of a leading global player in the renewable energy sector, with a strong presence across various European markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.

Lead and manage all core finance functions in Italy: treasury, accounting, taxation, reporting, and consolidation, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial efficiency.

Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Identify and manage financial and tax risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring full compliance with legal obligations.

Manage capital structure and support growth through debt and equity financing, refinancing, and other financial initiatives.

Support strategic financial operations such as fundraising, corporate finance transactions, and partnerships.

Work closely with senior management locally and internationally to align financial planning with business strategy.
Requirements

Proven track record as a senior finance leader in a multinational and fast-growing environment, ideally within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Deep expertise across treasury, accounting, tax, financial reporting, and consolidation.

Strong strategic vision and the ability to translate business goals into financial plans and actions.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on, and dynamic approach.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels.

Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
