Opportunity to join a global top 5 solar PV company as Head of Technical Service.

This role involves supporting the business development team in pre-sales and providing technical information to utility clients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support the Sales team in managing large-scale projects, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.

· Coordinate and monitor project progress, facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

· Provide project-related support, including documentation, reporting, and tracking of key project metrics.

· Address customer inquiries with a focus on project-specific solutions and support.

· Maintain accurate project records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, with a primary focus on project coordination and management.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

· 5-8 years of within the solar (photovoltaic) industry.

· Strong communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and documentation.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.

· Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.

· Excellent attention to detail and Teamwork.
