Your Impact

As a key HR advisor and member of the leadership team, you’ll play a strategic role in supporting the business by:

  • Driving HR initiatives that align with business goals

  • Coaching leaders and employees to support development at all levels

  • Promoting diversity in hiring, promotions, and growth opportunities

  • Guiding leadership on building a high-performance, inclusive culture

  • Leading efforts in performance management and talent development

  • Supporting change management and organizational development

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Collaborating with HR peers and cross-functional partners on projects

  • Contributing to continuous improvement and standardization in HR practices


What You’ll Need

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (required)

    • Master’s degree (preferred)

    • SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred)

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing setting

    • Strong background in coaching, performance management, and organizational support

    • Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decisions

    • Skilled in analyzing and solving complex issues quickly and effectively

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Adaptable and agile in a complex, matrixed environment
