HR Director – Korea

A leading Asia-Pacific real assets owner and operator is hiring a HRBP Director to support its Korea business. The platform invests in and operates logistics real estate, data centres, and energy infrastructure, and is in a strong growth phase.

This is a hands-on HR leadership role with end-to-end ownership of local HR delivery, while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle HR support: hiring support, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and exits

  • Lead HR operations and HR Administration ensuring full compliance with Korean labor law

  • Act as the primary HR advisor to Korea leadership on workforce planning, organisation design, performance, and employee relations

  • Implement Group compensation, performance, and reward frameworks locally

  • Partner with regional / global HR teams on HR transformation, shared services, and process consistency

  • Drive local engagement, culture, and retention initiatives

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of HR experience, combining hands-on HR operations and HR Business Partnering

  • Strong working knowledge of Korean labor law

  • HR experience within data center, real estate, infrastructure, investment, or asset management environments strongly preferred

  • Experience supporting leaders in a multi-entity or matrix organisation

  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

  • Commercial, practical, and comfortable operating close to the business
