Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will support company culture, ensure legal compliance, and drive HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee performance evaluation processes and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Advise managers on HR best practices and conflict resolution.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems.
  • Lead HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Independent HR professional who has experience driving HR initiatives alongside their core responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience from both startup and multinational corporate (MNC) environments, ideally with exposure to the APAC region
  • Strong English communication skills are important to effectively collaborate with Country Manager and regional APAC stakeholders (i.e., SG HR Team).
