1.Assume the role of HRBP for overseas offices.
2.Drive the implementation of HR policies and initiatives in international settings.
3.Lead end-to-end manpower planning, overseeing recruiting, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and retention efforts within designated business units.
4.Plan and implement ad hoc HR projects to address evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications:
1.At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources.
2.Preferably have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams.
3.Previous experience in multi-national companies will be a plus.
4.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
